White Tea

White tea is characterized by its delicate, smooth flavours and subtle sweetness.  It's the least processed of all types of teas and made from the very first buds of the Camellia sinensis bush that sprout in the spring. White tea is still very rare in the Indian subcontinent, and ours is sourced from small tea gardens.
